As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent partner brands across social and community channels, helping grow visibility and trust with Czech audiences. You will create short-form campaign content, support launches, and turn customer feedback into practical insights for the marketing team.

Requirements

  1+ years in customer-facing marketing, sales, or community roles
• ✓
  Comfort creating short-form social content and responding to community comments
• ✓
  Excellent communication skills and confidence representing a brand voice

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand on social channels, forums, and partner communities
• Create and publish campaign-ready posts, captions, and lightweight promotional copy
• Collect audience feedback and share weekly insights with marketing and product teams
• Support online events, referral activations, and local partnerships
